4.5 Withheld Withdrawals. thr89 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 5.3 Deposit Processing Time. thr89 targets a deposit processing time of under 5 minutes for all local bank transfers and e-wallet transactions. 5.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours (08:00–23:00 WIB, seven days a week). VIP-tier members benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing with a target time of under 15 minutes. Standard account withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours.
